Five Eleven’s Vodka is distilled in-house from South Australian barley and wheat, grain-to-bottle, from the ground up. We brew our own wash, run it through the still, and bottle what comes out: a clean, full-bodied vodka with a faint warmth of baked goods and a mellow, smooth character that sets it apart from the commercial stuff.

Drink it neat over ice. Mix it into your favourite cocktail. Use it as the base for an espresso martini. It holds its own in everything, and it tastes even better when you know where it came from.

Nose: Baked goods, soft grain warmth.

Palate: Soft, mellow, full-bodied.

How to Serve: Neat over a large ice cube to appreciate the grain character. In a vodka tonic with a twist of lemon. Or as the base of an espresso martini with The Barun  that’s where it really shines!

Grain to Bottle, South Australian Grain, SA Distillery: We use South Australian barley and wheat, backing local farmers while bringing genuine grain character to the spirit. This is vodka made the long way, because the long way makes a better product.

What is grain-to-bottle vodka?

Most commercially produced vodkas  and many premium ones are made from purchased neutral grain spirit (GNS) that’s simply redistilled and diluted. Grain-to-bottle means we start from scratch: sourcing SA barley and wheat, brewing our own wash, and distilling everything in-house. It takes longer, but the result has more character.

What does it taste like?

Clean and smooth with a full body and a subtle warmth of baked goods. Think fresh bread rather than harsh spirit. It’s mellow enough to sip neat but strong enough to hold its own in any cocktail.

Is it gluten free?

Our vodka is made from grain and distilled to a high purity. Distillation removes gluten proteins, but if you have a severe gluten intolerance or coeliac disease, we recommend seeking medical advice before consuming any grain-distilled spirit.

What grain do you use?

South Australian barley and wheat, supporting local SA farmers and bringing a genuine grain character to the spirit.

What is hard pink lemonade?

Hard pink lemonade is our alcoholic version of pink lemonade — a refreshing, lightly flavoured RTD (ready-to-drink) that combines spirit with citrus and floral flavours. Five Eleven's Hard Pink Lemonade is made with craft distilled spirit and inspired by our Róisín Rose Gin, giving it a genuine floral and citrus character at 5% ABV.
