Shipping & Handling
All online orders placed before 3pm AEST are dispatched the following business day.
We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $150. You can select Express Shipping at checkout for faster delivery.
We use a combination of Sendle (Fastway & Couriers Please) and Australia Post to fulfil all orders. If you have a courier preference, you can leave us a note in the comments. For remote areas & express post deliveries, we use Australia Post.
Local pick-up option is available from our St Agnes venue, SixTwelve Brewing. These options can be selected at checkout before your payment is processed & are usually ready within 24 hours.
Due to the current delays affecting couriers nationwide, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
All tracking information is sent to you via email once the order has been packed & dispatched from the distillery. You can track your order with the courier directly to ensure it's on time.
Estimated shipping times are only a guide and may differ during busier holiday periods:
Australian Same City / Metro Areas: 1 - 7 business days
Australian Remote Areas: 7 - 10 business days
Australian Country: up to 14 business days

Returns
Sometimes things happen. If you receive damaged or incorrect goods, you must notify us within 24 hours to receive a credit or replacement.
