Our Apple Brandy began with fresh local cider and a simple idea — what could happen if we gave it time, patience and a barrel?

Bottled at 56.4% ABV, this small-batch release layers baked apple, soft oak and warming spice into something bold, balanced and quietly complex.

Rich without being heavy.

This isn’t sticky, overly sweet apple liqueur.

It’s proper apple brandy.

Warming, textured and made to be savoured.

Limited release. Once this batch is gone, it may never return in the same form again.

Nose
Fresh apple, soft oak and warm spice.

Baked apple, cinnamon, gentle vanilla and warming pepper spice with subtle caramel notes.

The Story

This release began with locally sourced cider fruit from the Adelaide Hills and evolved into something unexpectedly special.

Like the rest of the Five Eleven Aged Series, it was never about rushing to market. Time, barrel influence and patience were allowed to shape the spirit naturally.

The outcome is simple:

A small-batch apple brandy with character, warmth and a story worth sharing.
