Neon Noir Gin 700ml - 45% ABV 

Bold, bright and a little electric. Neon Noir is Five Eleven’s contemporary craft gin built around pink pepper and lemon myrtle for a flavour profile that’s as distinctive as the name.

This is not a subtle gin. Citrus and pepper hit you on the nose with real presence. Then lemon myrtle and pink pepper work together across the palate to deliver something vibrant, dry and genuinely memorable. Mix it with a quality dry tonic for one hell of a G&T  or drink it straight if you like a gin with character.

At 45% ABV, it’s got the backbone to match the flavour.

Nose: Pepper, citrus, herbal.

Palate:  Lemony, bright, dry.

How to Serve: Mix with a premium dry tonic over lots of ice, let the pepper and citrus do the work. A thin slice of lemon or a few pink peppercorns make the perfect garnish. Also excellent in a gin sour or a Tom Collins.

What does Neon Noir taste like?

Bold and dry, pink pepper and lemon myrtle are the stars. You get a bright citrus hit on the nose, then pepper and lemon myrtle carry across the palate into a clean, dry finish. It’s more contemporary in style than our Signature Gin, less juniper-forward, more aromatic and vibrant.

What’s lemon myrtle?

Lemon myrtle is an Australian native botanical with an intensely citrusy, almost lemon-verbena flavour. It’s more vibrant and aromatic than regular lemon peel and it works beautifully with the heat of pink pepper.

Why is it 45% ABV when most gins are 40%?

The higher ABV helps carry the intensity of the pink pepper and lemon myrtle botanicals. It gives the gin more presence in a drink and a longer, more textured finish.

Was it always part of the core range?

Neon Noir started as a seasonal release, but it proved so popular we made it permanent. That’s always a good sign.

What is hard pink lemonade?

Hard pink lemonade is our alcoholic version of pink lemonade — a refreshing, lightly flavoured RTD (ready-to-drink) that combines spirit with citrus and floral flavours. Five Eleven's Hard Pink Lemonade is made with craft distilled spirit and inspired by our Róisín Rose Gin, giving it a genuine floral and citrus character at 5% ABV.

What does Five Eleven Hard Pink Lemonade taste like?

It's floral and refreshing — smooth rose notes with a hint of musk and a bright, crisp citrus finish. It's lighter and more elegant than most alcoholic lemonades, and not overly sweet. Think cocktail-inspired, not candy.
