Sunshine in a bottle. Five Eleven’s Limoncello is made with fresh lemons sourced from the Adelaide Hills. It's zesty, bright and beautifully balanced between sweet and tart.

We make it the proper way: real lemons, our own distilled spirit base, and Australian sugar. No concentrates. No shortcuts. The result is a limoncello with genuine lemon character; creamy lemon curd on the palate with a fresh, vibrant finish that lingers just long enough to make you want another pour.

Serve it chilled, use it in cocktails, or pour it over ice cream. It does all three exceptionally well.

How should I store it?

Keep it in the freezer. Limoncello is best served ice cold! The freezer brings out the creaminess and keeps the texture silky smooth. It won’t freeze solid at 28% ABV, so it’s ready whenever you are.

Can I use it in cocktails?

Absolutely! It works beautifully in a Limoncello Spritz (limoncello, prosecco, soda, lemon), an Amalfi Martini (limoncello, vodka, lemon juice), or simply stirred through sparkling water for a low-alcohol refresh.
