Lanky Whisky is our first cask strength release from the Five Eleven Aged Series — bold, warming and built for people who enjoy flavour with a bit of backbone.

Aged patiently and bottled at 57.3% ABV, this small-batch release brings together rich caramel, soft oak, warming spice and subtle layers of chocolate and coffee. Full-bodied, textured and deeply satisfying.

This is not a whisky designed to disappear into the background.

Nose
Warm caramel, toasted oak and soft sweetness.

Rich butterscotch, warming spice, gentle chocolate and roasted coffee notes layered through the middle.

Made in small batches and released only when ready, this whisky reflects how we think spirits should be made: no rushing, no chasing trends, just honest flavour and careful craftsmanship.
