Lanky Whisky is our first cask strength release from the Five Eleven Aged Series; bold, warming and built for people who enjoy flavour with a bit of backbone.

Aged patiently and bottled at 57.3% ABV, this small-batch release brings together rich caramel, soft oak, warming spice and subtle layers of chocolate and coffee. Full-bodied, textured and deeply satisfying.

What style of whisky is Lanky?

Lanky is an Australian single malt style whisky, grain-based, aged in barrel and bottled at cask strength (57.3% ABV). It’s bold and warming with rich caramel, butterscotch, chocolate and roasted coffee notes. Think Scotch-style character with a distinctly South Australian grain identity.

Why is it bottled at cask strength?

Cask strength means we bottle straight from the barrel with no dilution. You get the whisky at its most expressive full flavour, full texture, nothing held back. If you prefer a lighter drink, add a splash of water to taste.

Do I need to add water?

You don’t have to, but a few drops can open up the softer notes underneath the warmth. Try it neat first, then experiment that’s half the fun with a cask strength whisky.

Is this a limited release?

Yes! Lanky is part of the Five Eleven Aged Series, made in small batches and released only when it’s ready. Once this batch is gone, it may not return in the same form. The next release will be shaped by different barrels and different time.
