Gin (Signature Gin) 700ml - 40% ABV
This is the gin that started it all! Five Eleven’s Signature Gin is a grain-to-bottle South Australian gin. Distilled in-house from SA barley and wheat it delivers a botanical lineup that tips its hat to a classic London dry while adding a touch of Dutch flair.
Juniper-forward with bright citrus and a lingering hint of liquorice root, this is a gin built for people who actually like gin. Clean, balanced, and made to be enjoyed neat over ice or with your favourite tonic.
2025 Silver medal winner - London Spirits Competition
2024 Silver medal winner - Tasting Australia Spirit Awards
Nose: Musk, juniper, lemon.
Palate: Juniper, lemon curd, vanilla.
How to Serve: Serve over a large ice cube with a premium tonic and a twist of lemon peel. Exceptional in a classic Martini, super in a Negroni, and smooth enough to savour neat, this gin is good enough to stand on its own.
Grain to Bottle — Made in South Australia: Unlike most gins that start with a purchased neutral spirit, Five Eleven’s Signature Gin is made grain-to-bottle. We brew and distil our own malt spirit from South Australian barley and wheat before layering the botanicals, a process that adds genuine character you can taste in every sip. A family distillery doing it properly, from the ground up.
FAQs
What makes Five Eleven Signature Gin different from other gins?
Most gins, including many premium ones start with purchased neutral spirit. Ours doesn’t! We distil our own malt base spirit in-house from South Australian barley and wheat before adding botanicals. That grain-to-bottle approach gives our gin a depth and character you won’t find in a gin made from bought-in spirit.
What botanicals are in it?
Our core botanicals include juniper, coriander, citrus peel and liquorice root, with a nod to Wayne’s Dutch heritage in the botanical selection. We keep the exact recipe close to our chest, but the result is a juniper-forward gin with bright citrus and a warm, subtle finish.
Is it better with tonic or neat?
Both, genuinely. It’s balanced enough to sip neat or over ice, but it also makes a beautiful G&T with a quality tonic and a lemon twist. If you want to show it off, go neat first, then decide.
Has it won any awards?
Yes, Silver at the 2025 London Spirits Competition and Silver at the 2024 Tasting Australia Spirit Awards. We’re proud of those, especially for a small family distillery.

FAQs
What is hard pink lemonade?
Hard pink lemonade is our alcoholic version of pink lemonade — a refreshing, lightly flavoured RTD (ready-to-drink) that combines spirit with citrus and floral flavours. Five Eleven's Hard Pink Lemonade is made with craft distilled spirit and inspired by our Róisín Rose Gin, giving it a genuine floral and citrus character at 5% ABV.
What does Five Eleven Hard Pink Lemonade taste like?
It's floral and refreshing — smooth rose notes with a hint of musk and a bright, crisp citrus finish. It's lighter and more elegant than most alcoholic lemonades, and not overly sweet. Think cocktail-inspired, not candy.
Is it gluten free?
Our Hard Pink Lemonade is made with a distilled spirit base. While we take care with our ingredients, we recommend checking with us directly at info@fiveelevendistilling.com.au if you have specific dietary requirements.
